Each Longchamp Tote Bag is carefully inspected, folded, and wrapped in protective, eco-friendly packaging before dispatch. Please allow 4–7 business days for order processing.

  • Processing includes quality check, art alignment verification, and secure boxing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking once your bag leaves our facility.

We ship to passionate art lovers across the globe, with a few exceptions to ensure reliable service.

✅ We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (EU countries), Australia, New Zealand, Middle East (UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia), Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina), and Africa (South Africa, Nigeria).
❌ We do NOT ship to: Any country in Asia (including but not limited to China, Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) and remote / offshore territories such as Greenland, Faroe Islands, Antarctica, Pacific remote islands (e.g., Kiribati, Tuvalu), and military APO/FPO addresses.

📡 Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with:

  • A unique tracking number + direct carrier link (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
  • Estimated delivery window and live status updates.

🔍 Tracking tip: Allow 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking to update online. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days, email [email protected] and we’ll investigate immediately.

📜 Customs, duties & taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict them.

  • Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for estimates before ordering.
  • We declare the full merchandise value on all shipments (no gift marking). Delays due to customs are beyond our control but we’ll assist with any documentation needed.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the return shipping cost and any import fees will be deducted from your refund.
💡 For EU customers: VAT may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on your country – we recommend checking local thresholds.

📮 Delivery & signature requirements

For your security and to prevent lost packages, all DHL/FedEx Express shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. EMS deliveries may require a signature depending on the local post office.

  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer. Address changes after processing may incur a rerouting fee.
  • Missed delivery: If you’re not home, the carrier will leave a notice. You have 5–14 days (carrier dependent) to pick up your package or reschedule, otherwise it may be returned to us. Return shipping fees apply for redelivery.
  • Damaged package? If your box arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a rapid replacement.

🔒 Lost packages & insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value of the goods. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or any secure mailroom.
  2. Wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early).
  3. If still missing, contact us within 10 days of the delivery scan. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund after the carrier concludes the loss (usually 7-14 business days).

We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by GPS coordinates. For EMS lost packages, please allow up to 20 business days for investigation.

🎨 Split shipments & pre-orders

If you order multiple items with different processing times (e.g., a limited edition that’s hand-finished), we may ship them separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is noted on the product page. We do not charge your card until the order is ready to ship.
