💰 Pricing & payment

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We strive to keep all prices accurate, but errors may occur. If a product’s correct price is higher than shown, we will contact you before processing.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not store full card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Sales tax: For shipments within Kentucky, applicable sales tax will be added. For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, VAT, or import taxes (see our Shipping Policy).

🚚 Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping costs are described in detail in our Shipping Policy. Summary:

  • Order handling: 4–7 business days.
  • Standard DHL/FedEx Express: 7–14 days · $12.95 flat rate.
  • Free EMS (Economy) on orders ≥ $50: 12–24 days; otherwise $8.95.
  • We ship worldwide excluding Asia and remote areas.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier strikes. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation and either reship or refund after the carrier confirms loss.

🔄 Returns, refunds & quality guarantee

For change-of-mind or size issues, you may return products within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. The full return process (including who pays for return shipping) is explained there.

Limited quality warranty (for manufacturing defects)

Because our totes are fashion accessories made from recycled canvas and genuine leather, we offer a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Visible manufacturing defects (e.g., broken stitching, faulty zippers, detached handles that are not caused by normal wear).
  • Misprinted graffiti or major color inconsistency from the product photos (excluding slight variations inherent to handmade screen-printing).

What is NOT covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, stains from usage, accidental damage, abuse, or modification of the bag. Also excluded: issues caused by improper washing or exposure to extreme conditions.

How to claim: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or within the 30-day period if the defect becomes apparent later) at [email protected] with your order number, clear photos/videos of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and either repair, exchange, or refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) if the claim is approved.

🧵 Practical tip: Inspect your tote immediately upon arrival. For any transportation damage (scuffs, broken box), please take photos and notify us within 48 hours — we will promptly solve it.

For all other issues (like wrong item sent), the standard Return Policy applies with return shipping paid by us.

🎨 Intellectual property

All content on our Website — including product images, graffiti designs, text, logos, icons, and the “Longchamp Tote Bag” trade name — is our property or licensed to us. The artwork featured (Pop-Art, Wildstyle, Keith Haring style, Basquiat, etc.) is either original creation or used with permission from the respective artists or estates. You agree that class actions or representative actions are not permitted. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Jefferson County, Kentucky, instead of arbitration.

Waiver of jury trial: To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising from these terms.
