How do I place an order, and what payment methods do you accept?
Ordering is simple: browse our collections (Pop-Art, NYC Wildstyle, Keith Haring, etc.), add your favorite tote to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa and MasterCard via a secure, PCI-compliant gateway. You don’t need an account to buy, but creating one gives you order history and faster checkout.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 4–7 business days (quality check, art verification, eco-packaging). After that, shipping times depend on your choice:
- DHL/FedEx Express: 7–14 business days – $12.95 flat rate.
- Free EMS Economy: 12–24 business days – FREE on orders $50+ (otherwise $8.95).
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your bag leaves our Louisville facility.
Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees?
Yes! We ship worldwide excluding Asia and remote areas (e.g., Pacific islands, Antarctica). Customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and more are welcome. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. We declare full value on all shipments — no gift marking.
What is your return / exchange policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached. Once we receive the return, we process within 4–7 business days. Refunds take 2–3 weeks (depends on your card issuer). Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. Exchanges for a different design or size are welcome if stock is available — contact us first.

What if my bag has a defect? Do you offer warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects (broken stitching, faulty zippers, misprinted artwork). If you notice an issue within 48 hours of delivery (or within 30 days for latent defects), email us photos/videos at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and either repair, exchange, or refund the full price. Normal wear & tear, accidental damage, or improper use is not covered.
What can I fit inside? Is it suitable for a laptop?

How do I clean and preserve the graffiti artwork?
To keep the vibrant graphics intact: spot clean only with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing, dry cleaning, or harsh chemicals. Do not soak the bag. The premium Russian leather trim can be wiped with a leather conditioner occasionally. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. The prints are high-durability screen prints, but love and care make them last forever.
Do I need an account to track my order? How to subscribe to updates?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email — no account required. However, creating an account lets you save addresses, view order history, and manage wishlists. To subscribe to our newsletter (exclusive drops, artist collabs, and discount codes), simply enter your email in the footer pop-up or your account settings. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Are the prints exactly like the product photos? Is every bag unique?
Our totes are screen-printed and heat-set on premium recycled canvas, so slight variations in color saturation or placement may occur — that’s part of the handmade street art charm. The design motifs (Banksy stencil, Warhol pop, Keith Haring figures) remain faithful to the collection. Limited edition drops might have slight differences due to the printing batch. We embrace imperfections as urban character.
Can I apply a discount code to my order?
Absolutely. At checkout, enter your promo code in the “Gift card / discount” field. Only one code per order. Free shipping threshold ($50) is calculated after discounts. Some limited collections may be excluded from additional discounts — but we always announce terms clearly. Sign up for emails so you never miss a drop.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered the 4-7 day processing phase (usually within 6 hours after placing), email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll try to redirect or cancel. Once processed, we cannot modify address or cancel — you may return the item following our 30-day return policy (return shipping cost applies).
What should I do if my package shows “delivered” but I never received it?
First, check with neighbors, building reception, or any secure mailroom. Carriers sometimes mark delivered early — wait 3 business days. If still missing, contact us within 10 days. We’ll open an investigation with DHL/FedEx/EMS. If the carrier confirms loss, we will reship or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation; however, we’ll help with insurance claims.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes! At checkout, select “Gift option” for a small extra fee ($3.95). Your tote will arrive in a signature black box with a graffiti-print ribbon and an optional handwritten message. Perfect for birthdays or art-lover surprises.
What materials are used? Is the bag eco-friendly?
Our Le Pliage totes are crafted from lightweight recycled canvas (post-consumer plastic bottles) and accented with premium Russian leather (byproduct of food industry). The entire production follows low-impact dyeing. We’re proud to merge street art with sustainability — a bag that looks bold and feels responsible.

Our collabs are often limited runs. If a design is sold out, sign up for “back in stock” notifications on the product page. We sometimes do small reprints based on demand.
